    Jari Laukkanen is a cardiologist and Professor of Medicine at the University of Eastern Finland, and one of the world’s leading authorities on the health effects of heat exposure, with pioneering studies showing that regular heat therapy improves vascular function, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the risk of fatal cardiovascular events. His work has been published in leading journals such as JAMA Internal Medicine, European Heart Journal, and Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and has helped shape new clinical trials using heat as a therapeutic intervention.
