Julia Horton-Mansfield is a passionate forager with over forty years of experience. Based in west Wales, she co-runs the award-winning Pembrokeshire Seaweeds Ltd with her husband, a unique enterprise which includes a wild food restaurant, skincare line and The Really Wild Emporium. Julia founded the UK’s first wild food festival, and in 2024 launched the Wales Festival of Seaweed. Her wild food expertise has featured in newspapers and magazines, including The Guardian, The Scotsman, Coast and National Geographic, and her TV appearances include The One Show and Countryfile, and she has worked closely with conservation groups, universities and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
